The Fresno Grizzlies have got pranked us before — remember the Amazing Ball Woman catch, that turned out as a stealth YouTube ad meant for Gatorade? They were at it again last week with a video that will also went viral, although unlike the ball girl ploy was pretty needless to say a setup.
For those who somehow missed it: chap and girl appear concerning Kiss Cam. Guy is on cellular, too busy to kiss and lick girl. Girl retaliates as a result of dumping drink on chap, then leaves with mascot. Videos below.
Most of anyone called shenanigans immediately, but the fact that was not known is just how blatant a setup it was eventually. The girl in the video really works for the Grizzlies: your ex name is Kellie Henderson, a supervisor within the promotions department.
