Busting News: Roberto Mancini to become "Sacked This Week".

Seeing that Manchester United secured the Premier Category crown against Aston Villa a few weeks back, the rumor mills have ended up ablaze with reports of which Manchester City's championship winning manager, Roberto Mancini, will be shown the back door at the end of the season.

This indicates now as if those rumors are coming over for fruition, with The Independent reporting that Mancini will be fired before the end with the week, and potentially next 48 hours.

The news come directly from the back of the Heavens Blue's devastating FA Drink final defeat to relegation strugglers Wigan Fit.

When Ben Watson, returning from a lengthy injury he acquired at Spurs back with November, headed home from close range to take the famous cup into Wigan, the final nail was driven in the Mancini coffin.

City's leader, Ferran Soriano, wants to create new blood to this club, citing his main ambition to have improved European campaign within the coming years. Most believe that this will lead to the eventual acquisition of former Villareal together with Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini.

You've gotten to wonder if this decision are going to be in the best interest with the club. Over the past decade we've become accustomed to this label of all-or-nothing administration regarding the manager position at Chelsea. It appears as though Manchester City may at this moment be falling into that ilk also.

Mancini brought City your first league title inside over 50 years. Kicking him out the doorway after one trophy-less season seems almost barbaric for me, but I guess this really just the way modern football goes.

Whatever your opinion, it now seems expected that Manchester City will have to find a new male to challenge David Moyes' Manchester United (feels odd to talk about that) next season.
